The ALTA/ACSM survey addresses all survey related exceptions listed in the title commitment. The survey becomes part of your title commitment documents. It combines the power of a title search along with a field verification and inspection of the condition of your property. This is the tool for connecting the records to the land.
Looking for a quote for an ALTA ACSM survey? It is important to provide a copy of the title commitment along with a completed Table A from page 4 and 5 of the standards. All items in Table A are optional. If the property is planned for development, these items can be added as information needed for the design of your project.
